My complaint:
Most of the drivers will just stop in a moving lane of traffic to wait for the riders to find them or to drop off their passengers! This is a VERY unsafe practice. They should be more considerate to other drivers on the road and care more about the safety of their passengers! They need to get out of the way of other moving traffic! This shows that all these drivers care about is making that next dollar! If the general public could give out tickets for this, those drivers would be losing money instead of making money! I am just waiting to hear about a fatality because of these actions!
Suggested solution:
Get out of the flow of traffic, it would be safer for everyone involved!
