My complaint:
We made an order online which should have been delivered on 8th of April. Unfortunately, this order was not delivered by Iceland Foods but the payment was taken and when checking the status of the order, it says it’s been delivered. On their website there’s not a way to contact them directly, which is a shame and very disrespectful. I sent them an email and did not received any response. Also, I sent them a message on Twitter, but again, they seem to ignore me. They cannot keep my money without delivering my items.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund of the order they did not deliver
