My complaint:

Hello my name is Keeli. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I recently ordered a Nintendo switch from you. It was cancelled without notice to me. I paid 160$ for it. I was told it was an incorrect price and I would have a price match and to go ahead and order another one. I did and it has first of all, yet to be priced matched. A picture was taken when it was supposedly delivered. No notice was given by the driver to indicate delivery and I was at work. By the time I got home there was nothing there. I contacted Amazon and they didn’t seem to care. They said it was delivered and basically oh well if I didn’t get it. I continued contacting them and received a different response every time. 20 emails later I was told to file a police report. I don’t like the accusatory tone with which I was spoken to. I did the police report and have now sent copies of it at least four times. I’ve called several times to try to resolve the issue. I called today and was hung up on and put on hold several times wasting over 45 minutes of my time. After that, I emailed again about the issue and was again asked for police report which I again sent. This issue still hasn’t been solved for me. I’m not paying for something I never received. This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I’ve gone through hell and done everything that’s asked of me no matter how ridiculous the request. I just want a REFUND. Thank you.
