My complaint:

My text is first about calling my primary care physician after hours this particular time I was so impressed by the nurse practitioner who name was Beverly Elmore of North Tampa office she was so professional and had such a soothing voice I felt like she was really concern about getting help for me .

This was I believe 10/6/23 .The medical field need more individuals like her. My second thought is that it is such a shame that the patient have to do so such calling in getting referral , appointment ,I so thankful that I’m able to take on these issues.

I feel so sorry for those who isn’t able to do the necessary calling you have to do,that is my concern and in the path of going to the Dr Office employee that show empathy, compassion, about the patient that help them have a job.

That is in tune to help you get better ,he is a great Dr. and a man that cares about people. If it wasn’t for him I would consider another location and plan.

Suggested solution:

By being a lot better in their attitude, with everyone that calls, come in the office, make requires about issues concerning their medical needs it make a person feel a little better when you come into a environment of people who show they really care of making you feel better.
