My complaint:
I was filing online and the lady doing my taxes screwed them up so bad, I asked her to just cancel it and said I’d come into a store. She tells me she did and she deleted it. However the next day I get an email from IRS saying they accepted my taxes!! So they charged me $541 to do my taxes wrong and then sent them in without my permission!
Suggested solution:
They need to pay me for ruining my life for the next year or so until I get my taxes corrected and refund me the $541 they charged for 1 W2! Also fire the idiots that were responsible for this, barb and Jackie.
