My complaint:

It was not clear to me that wehn i had the bifg order for 700 pages for a few months that they would be taken away when i went to a lesser plan. I would have had 1400 pages unused so i lowered my plan as this program is supposed to fit our ink and printing needs.
I contacted via phone an agent and he said oh yes i see they werent applied, he said hold on i will transfer you to a different department and then clicjk. ..disconnected.
i called back anm the agent was very very rude and said you changed your plan and there is nothing you can do about it.
I am on unemployment and going back to school to learn how to even copy and paste as i had to shut down my business. every dollar counts right now. I think that the program had been wonderful and i wish i knew about it years ago. This just leaves a bad taste in my mouth as the two classes i am taking are requiring hundreds of printing out copies until i can learn how to look things up on a computer.

Suggested solution:

Give me the roll over pages that were unused and honor me lowering my plan and then wehn i need more i go up to a bigger plan. School is not in session november to december to january. that is why i thought i should still have them when i returend.
