My complaint:
Ref – order H341159296, on Jan 26, 2022 I order HP ink for the Police Dept. (we are tax exempt) cost $18
, taxes $15.43 total charged $202.42 and they said they had to charge me taxes even though I emailed our Tax exempt cert in the past and again that day minutes later. We are now in May and I have not gotten credit for the taxes. Our finance dept. sent me an email stating that if I do not get the taxes re-credit I would have to pay out of pocket. On May 5th I called again, emailed the tax exempt cert again and got the run around again. I still have not been credit the taxes. Today 051122 I called 650-857-1501 to file a complaint and spoke to a Dan Mark. He refused to transfer me to management,
Suggested solution:
They need to re-credit the taxes to an tax exempt account. Our organization orders ink from you regularly, but after this inconvenience I will recommend to stop purchasing from you.
