HP Instant Ink complaint: Refund on unused cartridges

My complaint:

I did not realize that I was receiving ink cartridges that were recycled. I got a dry cartridge and the cartridges I received from HP instant ink did not seem to last as long as cartridges purchased elewhere. I have 2 unopened cartridges and 2 parttially used cartridges that I paid for but was not allowed to use becaused I cancelled your service. I paid for these and should be able to use them or be rrefunded the cost. I am not the least impressed with this company and will certainly spread the word about my experience. I read all the complaints and think people should be aware of what they are signing up for.
Also, I felt like Big Brother is watching. Not a customer friendly buisiness.
Please refund my money and I will return the cartridges that have ink.Your return envelope says to return empty HP Instant ink cartridges. I will return the 2 empty cartridges that I have. When you send an envelop or new label for the box with a refund I will return the cartridges with ink that I paid for and was denied use.
