HP Instant Ink complaint: monthly charge, no ink, won’t answer phone

My complaint:

I have been trying to reach HP ink for months… our previous printer died!! and we purchased a new one. There is no way to contact them to notify of the new printer… they do not answer their phone, they put you on hold and then after 20 minutes disconnect. I have emailed numerous times wo any response. I have been told by my bank I will have to pay a fee to put a stop to the monthly charge of $5.30 (that would be 9 months wo ink) and then they could not guarantee it would stop. OR I have to apply for a new card.

Suggested solution:

Pay me for the charges, get a quality control department, open a customer service department neither of which obviously do not have.
