My complaint:
I never received ink although it had run out. When I logged into account it said I had enough(this was not true). I tried ringing but it took for ever so went on the chat and again I was told I had ample ink again not true as colour was yellowgreen And very faded. Eventually told that ink was in post.
Ink turns up and it’s the wrong size for my printer. I am now 2 weeks without ink and working from home and kids have school stuff to do but no printer.
Rang to complain as unable to do online or if you can then you make it impossible to find email with complaints procedures. I have been paying for this service and have only ever received 1 refil which was free and part of deal. I expected more from your company and don’t think it’s fair that I have to chase you for the ink and then to be told don’t need it even though I do and then for you to send me the wrong one and all I get is a chap saying sorry but not even offering an explainer as to why this has happened.
I hope that I will get a better response to my email.

A detailed response as to why they haven’t full filled the requirements to why I pay them for instant ink when it’s about to run out and never received it and also how they managed to send the wrong ink when they have my printers details. Customer service simply not good enough.
