My complaint:

HP Reference Number: 5042925422 given to my case.

I joined HP Instant ink company to supply me ink jet on line. They monitor my Hp printer and know exactly how many papers I have printed. It was on that basis they Charge my credit card. According to their terms, if you stop using their ink, they can only charge you for one month additional standard price of the contract. My contract was £3,49 monthly if I print within the limit of the papers allowed. As a result, they knew that I was not using their ink and should have stopped charging my credit card.

When I came to Sierra Leone on a work trip, they kept on charging my card from June,2019 up January 2020. When I noticed this irregularity, I managed to chat with one of their customer cares on 16012020 and demanded a refund of seven months.i.e.£24.43. All they had done was to stop my account and closed my case without refunding this amount they had taken from my account.

Suggested solution:

All I want is my seven months refund as stated above. They have my address and email address given below, where this inkjet used to be posted.
