My complaint:
My motor home was broken down out back after I hit their fence which I said I would give them my insurance to fix being towed into pole. I was completely thrown off by the amount of disrespect I was receiving from employees and then kicked off property I left and when I came back the next day to get it started my RV was completely broken into trashed graffiti on it and I was told by multiple people security was taking payments to enter the RV and take whatever they wanted. The lady in the front office Rebecca was completely passive and rude. I lost everything and anything down to my children’s baby boxes.
Suggested solution:
I want all my belongings compensated for. I want criminal charges pressed on security and the employees who played a roll in the crime.
