My complaint:

Stayed two nights and hardly used anything and left was told that my $100 deposit would be refunded 3 to 7 business days and it’s been over 10 days now was to talk to Carlos the manager and every time I have called he’s not available and now they are not even taking my phone calls what should I do?

Suggested solution:

Refund my $100 deposit.
