My complaint:

This morning I went to the front office in attempt to pay for 4 nights including tonigh, Sunday, December 4,2022. After reviewing my receipt and realizing it showed 3 days instead of 4 I returned to the office with questions. The manager, Nelson, explained to me that if I am not paying for a week the rate changes which did not reflect the folio and was why I was confused. After his explanation I began to walk out the door and said on Wednesday I will just pay for the week instead of days at a time so there’s no confusion for me going forward. Nelson then told me I have to check out on Wednesday and I cannot redo my room. I asked why and pleaded and explained that my statement was in agreement with him . He said I kept asking questions and refused to hear it. I have been at this hotel since September and haven’t had a problem . I am hoping to have this resolved as I have done absolutely nothing wrong and spoke politely and with respect.

Suggested solution:

I am hoping to not be forced to checkout as it is completely unrealistic as I have done absolutely nothing wrong and have no issue . I only asked for understanding of the rates and left the office in agreement.
