My complaint:
I was expecting a package of vaccines, which is a refrigerator item. I was at the clinic from 9:30 am – 7:10 PM I tracked the package throughout the day and it said it was out for delivery before 7 PM. At 7:05 I checked the status and it said DRIVER ATEMPTED DELIVERY at 6:27 PM. I WAS there in the front lobby waiting NO ONE tried to deliver the package. They should not be able to make false statements so they don’t have to make a delivery.
Suggested solution:
I need those items ASAP for my business,They should be required to make the delivery TODAY, Saturday April 23, 2022 so I don\'t lose them due to the heat here in GA.
