My complaint:
I been at hannafords started my Fifth Year. On July 12 , 2023 I was outside doing the carts I had 3 minutes left before it was my time to clock out I spotted my brother in his car and talk to him not long. A manger came out and see me talking they ask me to finish up and I did that I quickly like I always do got the carts done and the emergency carts done not like the other clerks where they just stand and and do nothing and don’t get a talking to or called to the office and get written up. I am a hard worker , a team player , I help everyone out I even come in on my days off when they need me. But on this day the the store Manager Jenn happened to watch me and also seen me clocked out at 3:19 p.m. where I was supposed to clock out at 3:00 p.m. I have a job coach I have a learning disability. They didn’t give me any warnings not one not two not three not four they went straight to terminate me not even ask if I wanted a transfer. I would like to be bought back to this Hannafords and have full time. And I didn’t signed anything. Up setting 🙁
Suggested solution:
Please hire me back at the same Hannafords with full time position. Teach Store Manager and all mangers to be kind to people who work there with disability’s. Thank you.
