My complaint:

BIG SALES GOING ON. I ordered quite a bit, tho nit all items at one time. HABAND has not sent me, much of the merchandise, I paid for. Under my LOGIN, I tap MY ACCOUNTMY ORDERS. No matter what, always says “You have no orders”. Nor, have I ever, according to your records. PRETTY SURE THAT IS ILLEGAL. No accounting, whatever. I demand to see my orders, what I paid, and status. I was charged full price, not sale price. 40-70% off. But ended up paying full price. All customer service calls go to Philippines. Which would be fine, if they were equipped to provide. Undertrained, unable to view the invoices. But argue, they will. I’m old, now. I am not willing to waste hours of my time, on phone. Arguments. No resolution.

They are trained not to let u speak to US, as should be. They say OK, then I get tour of Philippines. Pass me around. No resolution .Demand all my orders, past and present, be added to MY ACCOUNT MY ORDERS. When l am l am logged in, click my orders, “YOU HAVE NO ORDERS”. Neither past or present, There have been plenty. Got notice 1 order with 2 items had shipped, with order . I checked. Unknown location in Texas. Label ready for USPS. Ten (10) days ago. That order contained a pair of navy blue shoes and a pair of grey slacks. BUPKIS. Missing a pair of black leather boots. 6 wks ago? More. Have many personal prob, now. Have over 20,000 emails. Unwanted. On some list. Thought I could trust HABAND. Know better, now.

Demand to speak with a Manager, not in PI, Accounting of my orders and status. Was over-charged for some items. In PI. they cannot see my invoices, or be of any assistance. Argue, often. Trained not to ever let us speak to anyone who speaks English, as first language. In US. End up getting a tour of PI. My acct must be updated. ASAP. Speak to someone who may be able to help.

Class Action Lawsuit. My own? Weary from being so aggravated. No merch, answers. Beyond IRATE.

Suggested solution:

Update ALL PURCHASE RECORDS. ALL. Past and present, like all other companies do. Explain and Refund, overcharges, missing merchandise. Immediate STATUS OF ALL MY ORDERS. Are you still a viable company, at this time?
Customer Service, that can be a service. Better training and better customer-centric skills.
