My complaint:

I called and disputed multiple charges I. My card. The gentleman I spoke to took all information and stated account would be on hold for 10 business days until resolved. I received 2 emails detailing dispute and the email stated that if not resolved within 10 business days then account would be credited disputed amount until resolution was made. After 10 business days I called because I had not been notified about anything. The customer service rep. Told me woumd be looked at and contacts in 3 days. E days came….no resolution. I called again and they stated was still investigating. I asked about funds being put back in account. They stated I had to send a letter of dispute in order for them to do that. I stated I was nevwr told that and that the 2 emailes I received also did not state that. The customwr service rep kept talking over me so I ended call and looked up how to file complaint to green dot. Their website stated to fill out form or email or call and also that if not resolvwd within 10 business days account would be credited. So 3 different documents statwd that from the company and no where on those documents does it state a letter needs to be sent in. Now I am at rhree weeks with still no resolution and getting run around everytime i call customer service.
