My complaint:
They didn’t send the water bill at the above address for more then 1year, and send 4or 5 months bill together which looked much more than my usual bills, so I can’t determine if that ‘s my real consumption or not . So I decided to turn off the water to the house. They couldn’t turn it off. I called them to say water was still running. The lady said they should build a new system so it would take some time and meanwhile they would charge only a storm water. I called second time to check how the work was going, and the supervisor said I have to order to shut off the water again. So I did. I sent the photos of curve side water shut off since they said they couldn’t find the shut off. She said to order the water shut off again, then a technician would come the next day to investigate the system and my basement. So I ordered water shut off the third time, and waited the technician to come all day the next day. And later that day I found a notice that they came 9:55 the last night and turned off the water. The water was still running. And just because they failed to turn off the water, they sent me a bill which was more than the water bill at the other house of mine where water was running.
Suggested solution:
Fix or build a working water shut off and meter reading system to 2706 River Road. So I can be sure that I pay for what I consume.
