My complaint:
Pats in Phila. sent me 8 cheese steaks on the 2nd of June to arrive on the 3rd of June. Pats shipped the item on time ups was very late in delivery. The items arrived at 6:10 pm on the 4th of June. The product in the box was at best cool as all the ice had melted and 4 items on the bottom were very wet and cannot be eaten. I know you say you cannot to anything about bad delivery. However good food is not good if it is not delivered on time. The thing is the usps has been very good with on time or early delivery. UPS has been worse than poor.
Suggested solution:
You need to take note of delivery services. This is the second time I have had late food delivery. The first the food survived. On this one I don't know if the four good cheese steaks are good. I was ready to place another order but and now very reluctant to do so. I think you owe me at least 4 good cheese steaks.
