Goldbelly complaint: overcharged and not fresh when delivered.

My complaint:

Goldbelly sent it Thursday Feb. 18 and pkg arrived Monday Feb. 22.The muffins were not fresh at all. Yesterday I opened my credit card bill and found I was charged $59.00 instead of the $39.00 I had signed up for. There were 12 english muffins in the box. my credit card read I was billed from Goldbelly Gold N,Y on Feb. 5.

Suggested solution:

I should definitely receive my $20. refund as there were 12 muffins and I had placed my order for $39.00 . Also, it would be great if you could send me fresh muffins. Goldbelly muffins have always been the very best (except this time).
