We booked a holiday via TUI who used Gold Medal to book flights and accommodation in Canada for 2 weeks REF : GP7Z89X from Heathrow airport to Toronto Airport and staying in Hamilton at the Days Inn in a Queen Bed Suite including Bed and Breakfast 29062022 until 13072022.

But upon arrival 6pm in the car park area where my Canadian Cousin had dropped us off there were groups of people doing drugs and threating I quote (To stab my wife’s White Arse up and slit her throat).

We went into the Hotel along with my Cousin hoping we were imaging it as it had been a long flight from England. But we went into the Hotel and down every corridor there were groups of people just hanging around and at the desk the security cameras were showing all the people in different corridors. My wife was physically shaking and were concerned about staying at the hotel so decided to leave and my Cousin said she could put us up for the first night then we could find somewhere saver to stay.

Upon leaving the same group provoked us and I quote (Threats were made again to stab my wife’s white Arse up but also saying go on get out of here before we cut you up). We ended up finding somewhere to stay for the 2 weeks in Port Dover. Then when we went to the Airport to fly home the Flight was delayed by 4 hours so we missed our connection back in England to get home so overall it has been a Nightmare booking
