My complaint:
How does a CEO of a non profit make 300,000 a yr when our girls have volunteer group leaders, pay for our uniforms, pay for most activities now, and the girls sell all the cookies? Just seems kinda wrong to me.
Suggested solution:
Lower prices on uniforms, activities, ect. And maybe group leaders that are better trained and paid for their time (group leaders now are awesome) however if the CEO and other higher up management is making that much profit off our kids they can lower prices and put more into the groups. As I see it we find a free group leader, pay for almost all expenses and on top of it sell 1000\'s of boxes of cookies.
