My complaint:

I received a brand new oven range and within 2 months the door fell off! Also ; one of the burners is defective and it was missing some rubber bushings that cushion the door when it closes. This oven is BRAND new and obviously defective. I requested a new replacement since I clearly got a lemon. Instead they refused and said they would only exchange part for part! I paid the full amount not a portion. To make matters worse – it has taken 3 different repairmen and 2 months to get it “ rigged”. Parts were on back order and previous service people didn’t do the job! Also- when the third serve person came he STILL didn’t have all the parts!
I am extremely disappointed in General Electric in their refusal to just exchange a brand new oven. My previous oven lasted 20 years!

I should get a brand new oven not parts! This oven will be a defective continual problem.
