My complaint:
I’ve attempted to shop at this Gamestop location multiple times during hours they have listed as open, but the doors are always locked and there is usually only one or no store representatives visible inside. Most recently I placed an online order for store pick-up and was unable to get the item in a timely manner, so I had to cancel the order.
Suggested solution:
Change the store hours to match when they are actually open so I stop wasting my time traveling there when they are closed.
