Frigidaire complaint: Horrible service

My complaint:

I have an extended warranty w/Frigidaire, yet have been unable to get my poorly functioning refrigerator serviced properly since I got it in early June. It is now Nov 24. My problem was escalated about 2 months ago. I never even received a call. I called back about a week and a half ago and was escalated to their new system, which was just implemented because of so many problems with the old one. I have still received no calls.
In the meantime, I have lost hundreds of dollars worth of food. They conveniently don’t have a reimbursement system.
The phone service is really annoying, even tho the people are nice. The canned responses and assuaging language are useless time fillers and leave you feeling like you are in limbo and helpless to do anything about the problem that is extremely inconvenient, expensive, and potentially a health hazard.
I cannot call my own long-term and very talented service person because Frigidaire is proprietary. It all just makes me want to scream.
I recently learned that if I had bought a frig at Costco they would have just replaced it immediately with no fuss. Why does Frigidaire have to make it such a frustrating and ineffective ordeal? What can I do?

Suggested solution:

Either fix this problem immediately or replace it with a refrigerator that works and guarantee that I won't have to g o through this again. I want a direct line of communication with someone who can actually help me, rather than wasting my time with people who aren't allowed to think.
