FoodMaxx complaint: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My complaint:

9:00pm one cashier 6-8 customers in line with the cashiers current customer having some sort of an issue and taking an excessive amount of time, another cashier came up and took the 2-3 customers behind me in-line (I’m the 3rd in line at the end of the cashiers belt) so I grab my three items and walk to the other register where I’m turned away and told that I’m closed, so I explained to the cashier.. you just took the customers behind me and now you won’t ring me up, with an attitude I was told well then I didn’t see you, I told her that’s not a me problem you should have taken the next customer in line, she replied with well I only have a couple of minutes so I have to go, so I grab my items and go back to the original register where another employee (I’m assuming a supervisor) was helping the cashier heard me expressing my frustration and she was like well she’s about to be off and I repeated the same as I told the other cashier, she should have taken the next customer in line. She’s like well it’s over now and too late now, being extremely rude so I asked her for her name and she rips her name badge off of her shirt shoving it my way and says “ITS KATHLEEENN” I told her they all lack customer service and should really learn how to speak to customers. I was extremely surprised by the complete lack of of both plain and simple respect and lack of customer service. The “Kathleen” lady told me that I can “go fuck myself” and of course I replied. As a person who managed a grocery store for just under 12 years and trained and tough cashiers I have never been so appalled with the so called professionals that you have representing your company and feel like this needs to come to light.
