My complaint:
I shop at Food Basics regularly (a couple of times a week) and spend a couple of hundred dollars in any given week. I like the frozen dinners from the Selection brand and take them to work for my lunch. Last night on my break I was eating a Macaroni Cheese dinner and after eating over half of it, I found what I can only describe as looking like a scab in my meal. My husband believes it is a bug. Either way, I was nauseous and had a stomach ache throughout the rest of my shift, I have never been so disgusted in my life, and keep in mind that I am a PSW and have seen some pretty gross things throughout my career.
Suggested solution:
I would like some sort of compensation considering I was sick from eating their food. A $50 gift card might be nice and I will continue shopping there, I just won't be buying the frozen dinners.
