My complaint:

We have booked a flight from DMK Thailand to Bangalore India for 24th Dec but due to some personnel health reasons, I wanted to reschedule from 24 to 20th or 21st Dec. I tried doing it almost 2-3 days continuously spending almost 10-12 hrs a day on their website Chat as provided phone number wasn’t connecting. I got hold of almost 10 times their customer executives and they have been sharing a link to reschedule payment but none of the payments options were working (Only two options Google pay and Cards) google pay page itself is not loading however, cards are either saying cannot be processed or not sending OTP at all. After more that 15 attempts and almost wasting 3 days even when I was unwell, I decided to book another ticket much costlier than rescheduled one and had to travel India back. I requested couple of times their chat executies to help on this matter but they don’t allow tying and after few mins , We get a message from them like you dont provided any input and hence disconnecting. They are completely fraud and cheaters. Please avoid this Flight network scam . There is no grievance cell as well where we can go and demand a compensation or help. Pathetic!!

Suggested solution:

Kindly request to compensate the loss. I had booked ticket of worth 15.5K INR and could not reschedule thus caused me to book another flight of same fare. If it could have been rescheduled with ~6-7K than I would have saved at least 10K INR. Please get the necessary action and help for me.
