My complaint:

I tried to travel from Edmonton to Vancouver on January 2nd but was denied boarding because I lost my ID. I had filed a police report and called customer service to inform them what happened and they told me that I could still board the flight as long as I file a police report and have another piece of ID (without a photograph) . The front desk guy named Akbar was extremely rude and unhelpful in this situation. I fly regularly and was able to use flair to come to Edmonton thanks to the nice lady that allowed me on the flight after I showed the police report. If you’re not a helpful person, why be in customer service then? Not only was he rude but so were the other people in the airline. I will never fly with flair again but hopefully he can be more helpful and not as rude as he was. I had other government issues ID (Citizen ship and sin card), but he didn’t even ask for them or let me show them. He just told me I had been denied. Never had to experience this before. Hopefully this can help someone avoid the mistakes I made by taking flair. Again, his name was Akbar and claimed to be the supervisor at flair in Edmonton, Alberta.

Suggested solution:

I would like to rebook my flight, or get a refund on my checked in luggage of $61.
