Flair Airlines complaint: Very Bad Customer Service at YYZ Check in

My complaint:

I was with my mom this morning
(2024.01.31)and her filght is F8601. We were at the check in and the lady who helped us did not tell us the boarding pass is sent to us through Email. She was very unprofessional and pointed the baggage tag and gave us the wrong info (insist saying this is the boarding pass). It wasted my time to go back and forth between the checkin desk and the Gates. And she behaves like she doesn’t care at all and very disappointed. This is the first time we choose Flair and given a surprisingly bad experience that I ever had before. I think it’s worth having an investigation and ensure the personnel is professional and well-trained.

Suggested solution:

Please investigate the staff and ensure she understands about work profession and good attitude. Thanks
