Flair Airlines complaint: Flights got rescheduled both ways and support couldn’t help

My complaint:

Hi,
We booked our flight 2 months back in March 2022 so that we could get the best offer and seats. Our original flights were booked for YEG to YKF June 15th 6 pm and return 18 Jun 2022 YKF 15:50 – YEG 17:55.

Both our flights got postponed to the next day and when we called the Flair Airline contact number nobody picked up so we contacted them over the chat.

We asked them if we can change the airport from YKF to YYZ as the new times on which we were landing and taking off wouldn’t have any transport available..
The Support person said okay they can help us so we asked for the total cost she told me 859$ for the estimated cost.
I ed that do i have to pay that amount in full or just the difference from previous tickets on that she told me only the difference and that will be less than $859. So I agreed and asked her to proceed with changing the airport.
When she changed only the outbound flight it cost me $859 and when I requested her to change the inbound airport as well she requested for another $859 which blew my mind. My original tickets for 4 people total costed me $469.70 and now with this change in flights I ended up paying $1200 which is so unfair.

Suggested solution:

Rescheduling was airlines fault and then we end up landing and taking off from no where and when we requested for alternatives due to airlines fault they asked us to pay for all the differences.
