My complaint:
We deal with the distributor on Facebook under name of kessi jessi. And suruchi. They have rules in place that any wins over $400 they will cash out the $400 but anything over the 400 they will delete it… that is supposed to be for regular Wins. they do not specify about grand prize wins or jackpots or anything of that such. When my girlfriend won the $900 grand prize today we were shocked to find out that, that rule applies to grand prizes jackpots bonus wins as well since that is not something we can control and get close to $400 and stop to cash out and then play again like they say to do and they don’t specify any rules regarding the other with that being a global programmer type controlled win not an individual developer agent controlled payout or something you won from regular spins or play, we thought that that would be paid in full or at least not deleted to be able to get the full payment even if in increments of $400 every 24 hours until you cash it all out.. that is a special bonus prize jackpot whatever you want to call it for the players that play that isn’t something that people win all the time or every day I’m sure the programmers probably have something in the contract as to not upset players or get a bad reputation due to the fact of distributors or agents refusing to pay out for that type of win ..but they on the other hand refused to pay out fully and either kept or according to them discarded of the other $500 of that $900 win either way you look at it they stole money and robbed us of a grand prize win it’s not fair and it’s not right and it gets the programmers a very bad review for fire kirin when they have Distributors / agents that pull nonsense and bad business practices like this …anyone including them would be upset with something so special being ruined and taken from you instead of paid out due to it being special circumstance winning!! as a programmer I would be irate to know that someone was doing this to the customers and players and getting my idea a bad reputation. if this is allowed many distributors and agents will start to do this and you will have a lot of unhappy players until people just refuse to play on that platform at all because of having this ripped away after falsly giving you hope in advertising the rare possibility of this type win that is a national across the board no matter who you’re distributors or agent is posted up win on leaders boards done by the app developers and programmers so what gives the Distributors and agents the right to choose not to pay such a big jackpot lucky win to the players that are so lucky to get this win on the platform. I feel like they are lying falsely advertising scamming and robbing players by doing the rules into the special circumstance winnings instead of giving that win to the one who it said won it… I believe that kessis probably keeping the money for their self so they got $500 of our $900 win I don’t know whether to feel robbed or feel like they obtained my money under false pretenses or feel like they just have a very bad business model with not defining and describing and Clarity the payout rules for all circumstances and that is a problem because then you have this that happens and they get to benefit off of us and we get screwed out of money we needed badly that would be like taking an MVP trophy from the football player in the Super Bowl and cutting it in half or the bonus they get for mvp being cut in half instead of paid in full that’s stripping someone of their prize that they won fair and square it’s Shady and I for one will no longer do business with them and I have multiple people I referred that will no longer be doing business with them we don’t do business with snakes and the worst part is they see nothing wrong in this what we got back to everything that we were saying to them about it being unfair and not understanding was that it was their rules so was their way and it wasn’t going to change we just had to suck it up and go with it that we win once and we want all of it well yeah it was a win for a special grand prize of course I’m going to want all of my win I don’t know where they’re from their English is broken and really sucks when writing anything in depth so maybe they don’t understand the thing about winning and getting a fair share of your win even if you got to pay taxes but definitely not being robbed of your win by the game show host!! I don’t know if it’s a foreign thing that they are from a different place that thinks that this is okay to disrespect people and take away their what should be happily awarded joyfully celebrated prize or what but Karma says what goes around comes around and we needed that money something awful and the cosmos went to give it to us and these people took over half of it I hope that the money was worth whatever bad energy and destructive Karma that comes to their life since they wanted to disrupt an intervene in Karma finally giving something positive back that we needed earlier to help pay our bills with 7 kids, a mortgage, and with life just hitting us the way it had been this was our Good Karma this was our come up for everything that we have done positive for other people and in our life so I hate to wish bad on others but you can’t treat people that are good s and expect to live a happy life I hope Karma gives them everything sevenfolds and takes what they took from us times 10 and I hope they hit the unemployment line very soon and that the programmers see this and get as upset as what others are about this and rip away their Source licensing to where they can’t be Distributors promoting for them any longer and ruining their brand and reputation.
Suggested solution:
They should definitely remove kessie and them from being distributors and representing them in any way shape or form... and make them pay the rest of our winning of the grand prize to us then bar them from having a license to be a distributor and do that to anyone else again since they clearly don't care about robbing their players
