My complaint:
My brother recently passed away and we are trying to transfer the money he had in his fanduel account to his estate account. The company has refused to respond to my recent emails after I gave them his account number. I advised that if they are unable to transfer the money, they can send a cheque addressed to his estate instead (as was advised by the Bank). I have not heard from them after many attempts of following up. This is very disappointing as it is unfair to my parents to have to deal with this on top of losing my brother.
Suggested solution:
Transfer the money or send a cheque to my brothers estate account.
