My complaint:
I placed several winning bets last night and had over 8000 dollars in winnings, but FanDuel voided several of my bets. I had put in withdrawal requests for 6500 to go back to my bank account which did not happen and the remaining 1723 I had in winnings still on my FanDuel account was reversed. FanDuel has also delayed the cash out feature to where I’ve lost money because my requests weren’t honored at the time I would select that option
Suggested solution:
They should compensate me in full all my winnings as well as additional compensation for lost monies due to the lag in the cash out feature
