My complaint:
My account was suspended after winning $2900. I’ve won with Fanduel the same way I lose. This time after winning I requested the full amount of $2900 to be withdrawn and was logged out then received a message saying my account was suspended. After chatting with customer service I was told to upload my ID for verification purposes which I did. I haven’t heard anything from them since it’s been about 3 weeks.
Suggested solution:
Give me the $2900 they owe me.
