My complaint:

I have been emailing and calling family dollar point of contact number trying to make sure I get my w2s. I am a former employee and all they do is refer me to the web site for emplyees. I got through once to get a copy of my last pc stub in nov. But it will not let me in again. I have not re Received my W-2 forms as of yet. All they do is keep referring me to the website that I cannot access. I have tried several times. I’ve had other people try. I have emailed them my correct address. Add they refute to to send me my W2 forms. All they keep doing is telling me to go on the website. I have proof that They are refusing to mail me my W2 forms. I would like to file an official complaint against them. Because this is causing me a lot of stress. Add I feel helpless I can’t get ahold. Are there any human to talk to your automated phone service point of contact just keeps putting me in the run around in the automated service. You can’t get ahold of anybody. And I told them several times. I cannot get into their website. But I do have proof in my email saying that they are refusing to mail me my W2 form. What can I do? And who can I complain to how do I get this resolved? Because I will take action. I am trying to get I am talking. I’m trying to talk to a lawyer right now about it and sue the company. They have made no effort to resolve this problem whatsoever. They have not contacted me except through email and they are refusing to mail them to me.

Suggested solution:

They can resolve it by issuing me apologies. And by sending me my W-2 forms. That's all I ask. It's for them to mail me my W2 forms because their website is inaccessible.
