Family Dollar complaint: very VERY RUDE MANAGER EMPLOYEE OVER SALE PRODUCT

My complaint:

ON JUNE 27TH 2022around 9:15pm, I went to Walton way family dollar, There was a sign under the 2liter coke products saying 3 for $4.00 for coke diet coke or sprite, so i took to the counter 2 cokes 1 sprite,The cashier rang them up and it didnt ring up what the sale said, so she went to check the sign which said what i told her it said, then she told this other heavyset black girl about it, the cashier told her the sale wasent ringing up the way it should, i made the comment that it wasent put in their system, that girl said it had nothing to do with family dollars system it was cokes problem, which myself being in retail for 15yrs, i know better but didnt say nothing else, at that time the bigger girl made a phone call to a manger, she had it on speaker so all could hear what he said, 1st he told her to check the sign that costumers try to get over on them she told him the sign said 3 for $4.00, then he told her to check the bottom of sign for a date cause if it was expired then it was no sale to charge me full price, he also told her to pull the signs down, so at that time i walked over to that isle and pulled the sign brought it to the front, showed her there was no date on it, even if it did it wass their problem for not pulling the sign and still had to give the customer that price, she then said to me there was no reason to pull the sign down, that she could of went over there to chevck it even though the man on phone said to her to pull the signs down so i went and put the sign back up, then the man on the phone said just over ride it, pull the dam signs down that they were not dam walmart and just give the customer that price but no more people,and for her to call him back, i was shocked over the very unprofessional they both were, after the transaction was done the cashier who was nice about it all said sorry it took so long, the bigger girl started to call that manager back i said to her when u call him back tell him he didnt need to be so rude to payingeppose customers, thats when she said to me u were rude too, for 1 i was never rude ask the cashier, but it doesnt matter if i were rude or not either one of them should of been so rude they are suppose to be nice take care of problem, which was not the case here, then she said bye ma’am see ya. I shop at this family dollar all the time, spend good money in this store but if they call their customers liers, try not to honor the sales that signs are up and their problem if they are expired then they should make sure those signs are down, but this one didnt have any of that it was up and they blamed coke company for their issue, these 2 so called managers dont need to be managers if they treat paying customers like that if they cant keep their cool over a issue, complain about ya not being dam walmart which no one brought up but him, and to call or treat your customers like that is very unprofessional, they might ned togo back threw training on how to treat your loyal paying customers, mno one had a name tag on i just know what date and time and what store but im sure u can find out who was on shift that night, this is a issue i believe needs further review, thank you

Suggested solution:

i believe the one big girl at the store with no name tag, and the one on phone should be suspended for a couple days with no pay, that they take a course or retraining on how to treat customers, how to talk to them, how to not call their customers liers, and no matter what the situation how to keep their composure, and not be so rude to their customers, even if customer is rude, which by the way at no time was i ever rude to them
