My complaint:

After spending over thirty minutes shopping and trying to maintain social distancing while searching for items, I then had to stand in a long line fir another ten minutes. The line reached the back of the store, most of us balancing our purchases in our arms for lack of baskets, with only one cashier fighting hard to service everyone. Inpatient customers began leaving rightly so. The last straw was that the register crashed and everyone else had to leave because the store was forced to close. There were only two employees present in the whole store; the security guard and the assistant manager who was also working as cashier. I felt bad for them both who surprisingly held there professionalism throughout the whole embarrassing ordeal. NONE OF THIS FAIRS WELL FOR FAMILY DOLLARS REPUTATION ESPECIALLY BECAUSE I ONLY EXPERIENCE THIS TYPE OF SERVICES IN LOW INCOME AREAS!

Suggested solution:

Family Dollar can resolve these issues by first investing quality services to ALL THEIR CLIENTELE regardless to location. Secondly, by proving properly working registers, other necessary equipment and employees required for better work performance. Thirdly, empower your managers by giving them the backup assistance they need to run your businesses. Finnally engage in the human factor by providing decent wages, working hours, and proper safe working conditions. PEOPLE, LIKE MACHINES BREAKDOWN WHEN OVERLY USED AND POORLY MAINTAINED. Happy and healthy employees equals even happier and satisfied customers which equals aboundant business bucks for Family Doller.
