My complaint:

I would like to keep my information confidential, but would like to complain about a store associate by the name of Clifford Stone. He is repeatedly rude to me everytime I shop there. He has refused to add money to my cash app account stating first it wasn’t allowed and then he either has an issue everytime I come in to add money in one form or another. Most recently I arrived at the store at 935 pm, and when he noticed it was me, he went to the back and remained back there for 13 minutes. By the time he came to the front, and had one issue after another, it was then 1000, and he advised he was not allowed to ring me up after 10. He was the only associate working that night, and he was extremely rude. I travelled 25 minutes to this store just to add money to my cash app, and was then unable to do so. So gas was wasted as well as the trip there, because I went home without getting money added to my account. In front of other customers, he has on numerous times, called me out for arriving at the store 930-1000 pm, and if I show up during the day he has loudly advised everyone in the store that I’ve” finally made it on time.”That I’m the “last minute girl!” As a customer, I prefer to take my business to the dollar general, as the associates there are nice and considerate. I would like for the so said harassment to stop. He is further rude to other associates in front of customers and has on numerous occasions talked to other customers about other associates, conversations about things that should be solely between the associate and him and not other customers. He’s advised me of lazy staff members, and has even stated that the best thing would be for the company to get rid of them. Sad thing is, the associates he talks about are the nicest ones to deal with. I rarely stop in that store when I see he’s working, and would really appreciate if the gossip, and disrespect would stop. I am a customer who spends a great deal of money at this store, and unless the company wants to lose my business, and my families, he needs to quit being so rude and he needs to not discuss other employees with his customers. Some of the conversations I have e either witnessed first hand, or overheard at times to other customers, are not even appropriate to discuss or report. He needs to learn respect or get out of the customer service industry. He’s terrible at customer service for sure but he’s also a big bully. Please take action to eliminate this problem, before other people stop shopping at the store all together. His rudeness is not appreciated. And my feelings are terribly hurt by the way he treats me. I expect something to be done to stop the harassment he gives. It’s unacceptable, and looks bad on the company. Thank you for your time. I hope you address the matter accordingly! Or I will seek legal advice on the matter. His harassment towards me will stop one way or another.
