My complaint:
I shop at the location on 757 West Broadway. But after the incident me and my children had over this past weekend. I will never shop at that store again. I spend at least 50 dollars a day at that store. So you could say that I am a regular customer. So most all the employees in there know me and I know all of them and know most of there names. But when my kids and i went in the store over the weekend. There was a rude hateful employee. She claimed her name was Stephanie! She was the up most rude disrespectful human being I have ever came in contact with in my entire life. When my kids and I went to the front to check out. We walked up to where she was standing at a register. The first thing out of her mouth was what the fk I’m fking busy. You need to wait on me. After she got off her phone. She just walked away from us with her nose up the the air. Another employee seen and came over and started ringing us up. This Stephane seen that and I guess didn’t like the fact we was getting help and came back over to that sane register and was giving us ridiculous nasty looks and started to bag our stuff. While bagging our stuff she was throwing our stuff into the bags and broke 3 of the things I was going to buy. At this time I was so upset with her. I told the employee that was checking us out just to forget about it and I walked out with out purchasing anything. This employee Stephane needs to be fired. She should not be treating customers that way. Definitely should be speaking that way infront of customers or children. I do not plan to ever shop at this location until she is gone.
