Family Dollar complaint: Got double charged and refused to refund

My complaint:

I got to my car and looked over the receipt and I had been double charged for laundry detergent and a roll of wrapping paper. The employee that runs me up even said to the manager that he thought he took it off but he actually did not. It was cold outside and I bought 82 dollars worth of stuff and even after the cashier acknowledged the fact that he meant to delete the double charged I was told I had to bring the soap back into the store I was floored. It was really cold outside and the cashier that rang me up had already acknowledged thought he took the second laundry soap off I was still being told I had to carry EVERYTHING back in. Imwhen I finally said screw it and went and got the soap. After I did that I was told that they actually needed all the merchandise I paid for brought back in before they will refund my money that I was overcharged. I told them it was cold and I wasn’t carrying 82 dollars worth of stuff back in to get the money back on something I was charged for and didn’t get, especially AFTER the person who rang me up had said to the manager that they meant to take the extra one off. Needless to say I finally just asked for my receipt and the product back and told them I would contact a person higher up to get my money back she refused to give me my receipt and the laundry soap I paid for back. I am 100% completely ticked off and will not being going back to that family dollar. I was treated with the most disrespect I have ever been treated with at a store. not only was the manager yelling another employee decided to jump in. So now that employee has not only double charged me she refused to refund the extra charge, as well as refusing to give me my receipt back AND she kept the soap I brought back in for her to see.

Suggested solution:

I want the product I paid for back as well as the money back for the item I was double charged for. The fact that she refused to even give me my receipt back is pretty poor customer service and honestly at this point not only do I want the produti paid for back i want the money back on the item that got rang up twice as well as the employee being terminated, or at least suspended for a few weeks. You can't work in that kind of place and be that disrespectulful
