My complaint:
I made a purchase. Unfortunately. The curtains were two different sizes; so I was unable to use them. I did not notice the different sizes until I opened them and hung them. So, I decided to return them to the same location I purchased them, with my receipt. I was informed by Daynsha that because the items were open they could not accept it as a return. I was also informed that Monique, the manager, will not be in until the evening after 6pm. This is soooo unacceptable as a customer. This policy is in unacceptable and is not helpful to your costumers.
Suggested solution:
You may solve this complaint by refunding me the money I paid for your item, especially, since I do have my receipt and I’m at the same location I purchased the item.
