My complaint:

I asked the cashier if they had knit hats. She told me to check the aisles. I did not find them. I asked another associate and the cashier said very loudly….she already asked me that question. I said to her that she should not get upset because someone else may have seen the hats.

I was in the store yesterday and the cashier was away from the register unpacking merchandise. I said I am ready to cash out. She did not respond. I said I am ready again and she said very loudly and nasty…I heard you the first time.

I said you did not respond so I had to say it again. She rang me up and threw the receipt on the counter. This cashier does not have any customer service experience. She is loud and obnoxious and there is no one around to correct her.

Suggested solution:

I would like the cashier to be respectful to all the customers. She should be taught that the customer is always right and to loose the attitude.
