My complaint:

Hello my name is belissa carabajal I am a daily shopper here at your family Dollar stores which I usually. Go to 6 ave and 44th .we’re I get the best service ,they honor my coupons , Management and employees are so helpful and nice .I Love this family Dollar Store. but decided to stop by family Dollar store on 6Valencia .I was always use the family Dollar app for coupons and sales .First cashier employee could no help me out no greet I asked about coupons, employee had no training on honoring coupons nor had no idea about coupons or anything on sales from ad.I bought suave body wash I didn’t receive them buy one get one half off also nasema face wash didn’t receive buy one get one half off I was charged full price manager was not comfortable answer my question about sales an also bad attitude with customer service need to approach customer in a different way , management needs train as well as employee.ALSO MANAGER NEVER APOLOGIZE BFORE ANY THING.I took everything back so I could have received did but management stated I couldn’t receive any discounts.worst service customer service,help I received ,not perfessional at all worst experience I had with family Dollar store..never going back to this store

Suggested solution:

Review what store had on sale greet customer not attact customer have more training for employees and management learn about app and coupons learn what's on sale due to the covid people are trying to save money
