My complaint:
I bought a defective Bluetooth speaker the manager gave me a hard time even with my receipt to show I just bought it two days ago it wasn’t until I asked for the general manager information that she exchanged it but she took my receipt and refused to give it back now I have no proof of purchase
Suggested solution:
First I think she needs training on how to deal with customers second I’m not sure how you should resolve it but I was treated pretty bad by a manager representing your brand I been shopping at family dollar for years after my experience today I’m not sure I want to shop at family dollar anymore
