My complaint:

On Saturday 19 march around 17.00 I attended the Wymondham branch, I noted that the section for Sundays ‘Middle of Lidl’ was mostly empty I assumed waiting to be restocked.
I again attended on Sunday 20th to purchase a detail sander from the Sunday ‘Middle of Lidl’ aisle. I attended less that an hour after the store had opened. The aisle was again mostly empty of products and there was no detail sanders (£12.99). I spoke with one of the staff and enquired where the products were, he spoke with a store managed who stated that they had ‘sold out’, this is highly unlikely that within an hour of the store opening almost all the Sunday special offers had been sold.
This is not the first time this has happened in this store however on the previous occasion a helpful member of staff went into the warehouse area and brought out the item I had requested, clearly again the stocks had not been put on the shelves.

Suggested solution:

I should still like to purchase a detail sander £12.99, I would be grateful if one could be retained at the Wymondham store for me to purchase, alternatively if one could be sent to my home address.
