My complaint:
Buyer’s rating breaks Facebook rules of conduct against Hate Speech and Seller requests that the Rating be removed in its entirety. Buyer’s comments contain personal slurs against Seller. Buyer’s complaints about the meetup are misleading, one-sided, and were the direct result of the buyer’s aversion to communicating audibly via cell phone during the meetup from the beginning, even though the Seller had provided the Buyer with the Seller’s cell phone number. Seller considers that the entire Facebook Marketplace community would benefit by Facebook’s Administrative decision to totally remove this policy breaking rating containing Hate Speech.

Seller considers that the entire Facebook Marketplace community would benefit if Facebook's Administrative decision were to totally remove this policy breaking rating containing Hate Speech. Seller is hurt and disappointed in Buyer's rating, especially because everything was so very happy and friendly between Seller and Buyers during the meetup. None the less, for whatever reason, the Buyer found it necessary to subsequently smear slurs upon the Seller who remains confounded, disappointed, hurt, and potentially otherwise harmed. Seller considers that they and the rest of the Marketplace community would be better protected from the practice of Hate Speech if this Buyer, in particular, were to be reinformed about Facebook policies against Hate Speech. Additionally, Seller finds no excuse for the malicious Hate Speech contained in Buyer’s rating; therefore, any corrective action and any apology that Facebook might deem appropriate would be appreciated.
Lastly, the next question asks how Seller would rate the Buyer? Specifically due to this Buyer’s use of Hate Speech, Seller would, and does, give this Buyer the lowest possible rating.
