My complaint:
My name is Peter Iannuzzi , I have Cerebral Palsy, I have a lot of friends on facebook that really care. my ID name is deacon072007.On January 23, 2022. I was on Facebook, signed in and everything. At about around 10pm that night someone had gone into my account while I was signed in and changed my phone number, password, and email address. My friends were telling me that the hacker went in and posted a PS5 to sell which I don’t even have. My friends reported my account and everyone was very mad at Facebook for letting this happen to me because like this hacker loves to take advantage of me, because of my cerebral Palsy. I can’t make another account or get a code to make changes. My phone number doesn’t receive the codes and the codes goes to the hacker’s email. I have never been so upset and mad at the way Facebook has no security or take care of their customers with disabilities. It is useless to be on there when you are there to be with your friends. Ever since they have changed anything you say ,post, or comment they go against you and Facebook treats you like a kid. It is disgusting. I feel very very violated when people say or accused me for something that is not even true about me, like someone had reported me as a scammer when I was trying to make a new account because of my old account was hacked. It is very wrong, and none likes Facebook because of the way they treat us good people and not get the bad people.
Suggested solution:
Get Marc Zuckburger to wake up and change the ways they were before the community standard rules or get him to resign as the CEO. I will never go back to Facebook, after being on it for 14 years. And stop putting people in jail just because they say something funny and bam. He's very sick and disgusting individual on this earth and in our society. It doesn't matter if Facebook is free or they pay us to be on there, it's about how you treat your customers as they are. Noone is perfect so why in the hell do they treat us like kids or garbage. Enough is enough ,. I hope that everyone leaves Facebook in the next few years, because we are all so sick of it all. A lot of my friends have left Facebook. It pisses people off when they let hackers come in and control the peoples' pages when they don't have permission. There is no security or respect from the Facebook staff after you try to report something and they don't care to take care of any problems or issues. Facebook is the lowest scumbags on this earth, because it is nothing but drama and bullies.
