My complaint:

Avoid this company at all cost! Our family planned a vacation to South Carolina from Ohio. We started planning in January and reserved a Suburban from Enterprise in March to be sure we had a comfortable vehicle to make the trip. Once arrived, the next day our tire was flat. We called Enterprise and they sent a tow truck. Enterprise sent a small SUV and we were under the impression this was just until our Suburban was fixed. After hours on the phone with persons from over seas, we found out this was our car and nothing else was available. We again complained as this vehicle was not what we ordered. They sent us a mini van that the brakes made an awful sound. We are leaving tomorrow back to Ohio and do not have a safe vehicle to drive our family back. We have spent many hours on the phone on not on the beach or doing vacation activities. They have been the worst and made our time so very stressful! We feel like they have given us the complete run a round.

Suggested solution:

They should have communicated with us directly and told the truth about our original vehicle. They have lied, made us jump through hoops calling and talking endlessly with people reading from a script that cannot help with issues. We are going to seek legal action once home as this relationship has been so frustrating with missed opportunities of dinners and activities waiting for phone calls back that never happened.
